PROFILE 1

WEB DEVELOPMENT
The desired candidate would be involved in full software/ website development life cycle starting from requirement analysis to testing. The candidate must be very proficient in PHP/ MYSQL /HTML and must be capable of handling projects independently.

PROFILE 2

DESIGNERS
The desired candidate would be involved in full website/ Brochures/Catalogs/Presentation development life cycle starting from requirement analysis to testing. The candidate must be very proficient in PHOTOSHOP/CORELDRAW and must be capable of handling projects independently.

PROFILE 3

FLASH PROFESSIONAL
* The individual will be responsible for creation of advanced Flash course framework using custom components and dynamic course objects, high interactive templates, create rapid prototypes, deciphering client requirements and translating these requirements into workable solutions and other related tasks which require a high degree of programming skills.

* Rich Internet Applications involving Three Tier Architectures.
* Applications involving use of technologies like Flash remoting, Flash Media Server etc.
* Develop solutions using Action Script and OOPS

PROFILE 3

FLASH PROFESSIONAL
- Candidate should have good oral and written English communication skills and also strong analytical and logical skills
- Must have sound knowledge of visual and interface design for e-Learning courses material.
- The candidate must have expert level programming skills in Flash actionscript and must possess high end skill sets in creating custom components, XML/Database linked Flash web application development along with the multimedia technologies listed in the Primary skills above.
